Agent very professional answered all…Agent very professional answered all my questions went over things I didn’t understand and gave a quote for both non members and members Broke it down into monthly payment for me to know and the tenant for year that I asked for so yes a great experience The wait time could of been a little shorter but all in all great

The broker was very helpful I had been seeking lower car and apartment insurance rates, so I obtained a quote online from Insurance Hotline.com. I subsequently received an email from the company, providing me with an estimated premium that was slightly lower than my current rate, which I found satisfactory. The company then attempted to contact me via phone, leaving messages requesting that I get in touch with them to discuss the details of my quote. Unfortunately, I was unavailable to take their calls; however, they provided their phone number and business hours, from Monday to Saturday. On Saturday, I contacted them at 10 am, and they promptly connected me with Maria, a broker from Scoop Insurance, who was extremely courteous and thorough in addressing my questions and concerns. Maria demonstrated patience and understanding, acknowledging my limitations as a senior citizen in navigating modern technology.
